INDIGO (Including Neurodiversity in Government Organisations) is a cross-agency, employee-led network committed to making the Public Service a safe and welcoming environment for neurodivergent staff, their leaders, and supporters.
The network is a collaborative environment where members are valued and enabled to thrive in their role.
Network members will promote the benefits of inclusivity and enable easy participation for the whole Public Service.

Who can join
We welcome all public sector staff, regardless of how you identify with neurodiversity. Maybe you identify as neurodivergent, are keen to learn more to support your colleagues, are generally curious, or want to support our kaupapa. Everyone is welcome.
