Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.

We are seeking a proactive and productive team administrator to help us with our ambitious programme of work over the next six months.

In this role you will proactively support the Deputy Chief Digital Officer on the delivery of our work programme through effective and efficient planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Savvy with Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Organisational skills, both for themselves and the team
  • Great interpersonal skills which will help in your interactions with the wider organisation
  • Written and verbal presentation skills

This position sits within the Whakatutukitanga ā-Whakahaere | Organisational Capability and Performance group, which enable the business and ensures Te Kawa Mataaho is fit for the future.

The team is the Information Technology and Services team.
