This briefing outlines how the Public Service needs to change to operate more effectively and make a greater difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders. It describes the Public Service reforms needed to get better outcomes and deliver better services. It also covers issues to do with trust and confidence and the integrity of the Public Service. The briefing has the collective support of the Public Service Chief Executives.
